5 - Watch it freeze
When we've finished mixing your Sub Zero Ice Cream ingredients together, we use the science of cryogenics to freeze it to the smoothest consistency you've ever had.
The secret is Liquid Nitrogen, which is kept in the huge silver tank next to the counter. Liquid nitrogen is 321 degrees BELOW zero, and it takes less than 15 seconds for us to freeze your ingredients into the creamiest ice cream ever.
